At BritConsulting, we strive to provide high-quality retirement consulting services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a client may request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted, the process for submitting a refund request, and the timeframe for processing refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will only be considered for services that have not yet been fully provided.
A service is considered fully provided when a scheduled consultation has been completed, and the client has received the agreed-upon financial planning insights.
If a client is dissatisfied with a consultation, they may request a refund within 14 days of the service date, provided that valid reasons are given.
Refunds will not be issued for consultations that have been fully completed unless exceptional circumstances apply, as determined at our discretion.

3. Requesting a Refund

Clients must submit a refund request via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
The request must include the client's name, contact details, the date of service, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
Clients will receive an initial response regarding their refund request within 3 business days of submission.

4. Review and Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days of submission.
If a refund is approved, the client will receive a confirmation email with details of the refund amount and expected processing time.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, funds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the client’s account.

5. Partial Refunds

If a service has been partially provided, BritConsulting may issue a partial refund based on the proportion of the service that has been completed.
Partial refunds are calculated based on the percentage of the service completed, the time spent by the consultant, and administrative costs incurred.
The exact amount of the partial refund will be determined by our team based on the resources allocated to the service before cancellation.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted for completed consulting sessions where the client did not attend without prior notice.
If the client fails to provide the necessary information required to complete the service, the refund request may be denied.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on factors outside our control, such as changes in market conditions or financial policies.

In cases where clients are dissatisfied with a service, BritConsulting may offer a modification or additional consultation instead of a refund.
Clients can request an adjustment to their service within 14 days of the consultation to ensure their expectations are met.

8. Cancellations

Clients can cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
For cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, refunds are processed automatically within 5 business days unless otherwise requested by the client.
If a cancellation request is submitted less than 24 hours before the appointment, BritConsulting reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
